i loved the great customer service i received from the concierge. the check in area staff were fabulous and very helpful. the restaurant staff also provided excellent service i found all the staff top notch.

the location required a small walk to reach the main attractions i felt this was a minor inconvenience

The hotel is modern with notable architecture facing the waterfront. I found calling a taxi easy, just a button push on the device at the front desk secured quick transport. The staff remained helpful (Ida and Suraj were especially kind) even when the hotel was busy. Luggage storage lockers on the lower floor worked very well.

The lighting system in the room was a little complex, and it took me a while to understand how to control everything properly.

The breakfast offered various food options, though the selection remained consistent daily. I had no issue getting seated when I booked.

The hotel has a great location, near many attractions. The central station is just a short walk away (about ten minutes). Access to public transport is easy from this location, a real plus.
